Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Field Force Automation (FFA)/ Distributor management system (DMS) solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing customer base.
• Identify and target potential clients, particularly manufacturers, wholesalers, and large distributors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery and enhancement of the DMS software.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
